Comments:
Warm--up down to MLK.
Tempo went ok. Felt much more relaxed/threshold for 3 of the 4 miles, but then the last got hard because I started too quick. Need to start slower and sustain that feeling throughout. Step in the right direction though.
Miles: 5:39, 5:45, 5:58, & 5:56
I am happy the last did not keep the trend of becoming slower. HR high 160s. Given the temperature, I'll take it.
