grass-magnetted, hips a little sore from barefoot cooldown yesterday. otherwise, no qualms, except a dumb woman letting her dog run rampant around the meadow on the return trip. After discussing w/ TSmith @ Olive Garden, decided this week is the week I'm switching long runs to Thursday.
