Felt like fall today :) Took the day off, let my legs rest after some upped mileage, let my Achilles rest too, which is still feeling a little tight. Did some rolling here and there. Gonna hit the gym tomorrow and see how it feels. Glad that I at least have experience dealing with these aches and pains. Just not very used to it since its been a while. Also noticed its getting kinda busy around so I need to plan in my runs and get a good routine for the semester.
