Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
I had done an elliptical workout in the morning in PE class and even after foam rolling and streching my legs felt super tight all day and my back was tired so I decided to change it up and go to the wilson pool. I was nervous about swimming again because of all the rotation and kicking, but it felt fine. I still limited myself to ten minutes and swam nice and slow. I swam a constant and exact 1:00 min 50m. So 500 m in total and then aqua jogged for 10:00 minutes. Aqua jogging is more of the same muscles of ellipticalling and everything still felt very tight. Everything felt great and I felt very happy. My back is definitely very tired, but I'm taking tomorrow off.
