Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Light weights at Oakway. Showed CA a couple things, but otherwise did two sets of:
- bridges
- prone-bent leg extensions
- deadlift (bar)
- ring horizontal pulls
- abs (double leg curls, bikes)
PM: home to eat, then to Max's for Lonesome Randall. Randy came by to chat with us, which was cool.
Talked about some big-picture items:
- We're both gonna apply to be a '16 Patagonia ambassador
- We're *thinking* about moving in with each others. She'ssss basically been living at my apt (initially due to the insane heat) since the end of June...
