Today probably wasn't my best day for multiple reasons, the first one is that I forgot my shoes. Luckily Carmen was cross training and was nice enough to lend me her shoes. They didn't fit me since I have really small feet but I'll take shoes a few sizes too big over nothing any day.
During lifting, I felt good while squatting and I think I'm ready to increase the weight. The problem I had in the weight room was at the bench press. I was doing it like I normally was, but as I finished up and put the bar back I realized that the weight I use is really light for someone like me. Just to clarify, I'm lifting 35lbs in total on the bench press and I squatted with 145lbs today. 145 is 110 more than 35. The proportions there just don't seem right.
Back outside, I started out fine on the run, but about halfway into it I got really nauseous. I think it was because of the heat since that usually happens to me when it's hot.
