Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Easy 20 minutes in the pool: quick deep jog, "long pull" with the noodle and some leg swings. Went only 20 min, then spent 10 min in the hottub!
PM: went for a beer and burger with my boss at Jackalope, and played some darts. CA came by a bit later to meet him.
