Rec Center Lift

Actually a solid lift for the upper body, shoulders and arms feeling stronger to help hold my core up. Gym was pretty empty too, which was probably a good thing since I think my shorts smelled like urine and I didnt want to put anyone though that smell. It was nasty. Workout went like

3 sets of:
Bench Dips x20
DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
Pushups x15
Bicep curls x15 (20 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight leg deadlifts x10 (40 lbs)

The dead lift reps already feel easy, so I think its time to up the weight. Upper body was pretty sore afterwards, and that must have translated to the legs because they felt like rocks as I left the gym.
