Comments:
Last pre-Half long run. Did 15 last week, but my legs were tired and without much recovery from the hills the night before, did 14. Same loop, and went further into Bratenahl like last week.
Legs were tired, but made it through. Felt better at the end once I passed CWRU mid workout! That gave me a bit of a boost. Tomorrow off.
