Comments:
Ran with more of the long sprint crew: Grant, Dan Sam, and Nate. Got a few drills in (high swing today) before we got rolling.
Workout: 2x600 @70% (target of 2:00), 2x400 @80% (target 70-75), 2x200 @85% (target 31ish), 200 walk recovery
Definitely could feel my lack of training lately for this one. Started both 6's pretty aggressively; 36.x through 200 for them. Was pretty behind for the rest of the intervals but damn, it feels good to be back into it finally.
Splits: 1:55, 2:00, 76, 79, 33, 32
General strength circuit afterwards: 9 x 1 minute each of pushups, bicycles, lunges, lateral lunges, crunches, inverse crunches, russian twists, gymnastic crunches, scissor kick leg raises.
Time to get this show on the road.
