Comments:
Absolutely beautiful evening. Down to MLK for a tune-up workout. Did 5 @ goal half pace of 6:10. Goal was to focus on feeling relaxed and like I could keep going for 8.1 more.
Felt pretty good, relaxed and when I finished HR was low 150s. Kept the pace fairly even at 6:10 then the last mile was 6:05.
Also, was very happy that while the tempo side of MLK porta potty was out of toilet paper, the one on the other side was not.
4 strides on the path after the workout. Then cooled it down. Stretch.
