Comments:
Just can't get it loose. Have to question Erik some more, as it seems almost too uncomfortable to run. I'm stopping to stretch it out, maybe 2-3 times during a 4 mile run. It's like I've reverted a bit to 2 years ago. I remember training for that 1st half marathon and fought through a lot of tightness, stretching during a run. Maybe that's where I'm at, reverting back to that phase where it's going to take 2-3 months of running like that to get healthy again. It'll suck, but if he still thinks I need to run to get it right, I'll plow through, but I'm not running any marathons in this condition. Sucks, I was in and am still in really good shape. Start the winter maint. program now?
