The weather this week has been beautiful. Ran with the long sprint crew today. Thought I might have to go solo since I have no idea what people's schedules are right now but I didn't which was nice.

I had already run an 800 warmup and done some drills with Eagles and Scorpions on the end before they showed up. Then a longish warmup loop and a bunch more drills followed by 5 or 6 50m striders. Felt pretty good on those actually. Workout was repeats of 200,100,100 with 15 seconds rest in between everything. They did five but I took 2 and 4 off. Still a solid workout.

Splits: 36,19,19; 36,18,18; 36,18,18

Same loop for the cooldown as the warmup. Could definitely feel my legs not being used to the mileage again haha
