Comments:
I did a pool workout with Thea. We did 5 minutes warm up, then I did 7 1 min aqua sprints with one minute recovery and then 5 minutes of cooling down while Thea did a few more sets of aqua sprints and then her cool down. It was nice to have an aqua jogging buddy of some sorts and she did a very good job of keeping me in check when it came to how long I was going to go.
