Comments:
Solid run, not as fast as yesterday. Took it kinda easy starting out since my legs felt pretty heavy. It was nice out so that kept me rolling solid. Loop up around the pond was real pretty, keep forgetting how beautiful this area is and how fortunate we are to live around here. On the way back just felt real solid and consistent. Had to pick it up through campus since it was pretty busy and I had to speed around people. Ended at the rec center, and felt like shaking out a little bit, so I did 0.5 miles on the indoor track. Forgot how shitty that was I was already bored after barely 5 minutes. Other people were just cruzing on it, hats off to them. But to all you people on the treadmills, go out side yo!

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, abs

The Essentials is what keeps you in the game. Reminded me of doing the entire thing after a run at Veale. Great stretch after the indoor laps, then some rolling and L7. Even did abs! I could barely remember the order but I think I got it pretty close. Felt good. Thats one thing I have seriously neglected and it would help a lot. Good distance in on a mid day run. Thats exactly what I need served up. After the gym, jogged back up to the parking lot and headed home.
