Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Intense day had a good presentation in group meeting and began to lay some more ground work moving forward. Felt tired before heading out to the run. Got a nice warm up from the bike back. Kept it nice and easy just cruizing around Amherst College. Did a loop in the Meadow, then came up Fort Hill the reverse way, then did a loop around campus and came back. Nice short shake out, I guess I felt the longer run from yesterday. Nothing too sore, just clunky. Great great weather though. Always amazed at how beautiful fall is here.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Stretch and L7. Really lazy I stretched and ended up just watching TV for a while. Everyone else was out playing soccer so it was quiet and I kinda spaced out and lost track of time. That and National Treasure was on, and its an exceptionally captivating film. A classic and always a thrill.
