Comments:
An awesome early morning! Got up at 5, met Gabi by 530 and ran over to Corey's Hill (~2.8 mi away). Then, did 1 hill to get to the summit then 5 more hills during the actual workout. This was a good workout for endurance because the long runs before and after but I had some serious GI distress during some of the hills which prevented me from really attacking them (no public bathrooms nearby is a real problem). The workout also included doing buddy hill carries or a set of 20mountain climbers, 10 squats and 5 burpees at the top between each hill.
