Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Late night run. Extending the rest after my long run. Also got boned by the bus schedule and I was really hungry in the afternoon, so I ate first then headed out at 9:30. Nice night hot and humid actually, must be the beginning of the front thats moving through. Solid pace tonight, especially in the dark. Quiet night not a lot going on, I just took to the streets. Quads most sore from yesterday. Felt good to shake things out though. Just what I needed.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Wasnt too tired made it out the door fine today. Took a while to get legs warmed up but they felt good once I got going. IT a little tight, but they have been feeling tight for a while. Also feeling like I need new shoes soon. I was looking at them in the gym last week and there are some zones that are fried. They dont have that much mileage on them though, they are just old.
