Comments:
Got up, definitely didn't want to run. But, I woke up too late to eat breakfast, so I went at 11:30 as planned. Didn't feel great, my legs just felt mushy. I do have sufficient motivation to take tomorrow off though, so I'll hopefully get rested up and feel fresh for the rest of the week.
