Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Lifted lightly at Oakway, the usual:
- glutes
- abs
- deadlift
- pulls
Then some light arm work.
PM: was supposed to meet Mike, but he bailed, so CA and I were gonna bike. But once home? ...I just wanted to hang out. So we sat in bag chairs on the deck and enjoyed the cool evening and sunset.
