Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Rained until we were done with the workout.

Comments:
We ran around the school which is nine tenths of a mile according to Mr. Clark. The rain was pretty hard the first two laps. I ran with Tom and I tried to push the pace for the first two. The last run we were exhausted and ran about a minute slower.
