Big PRE - sore!

Weather: 40ish, cloudy

Comments:
Another morning run: good to get back in the habit. The usual: easy mile with CA, then on my own. HR was much lower, but I was slower: 8:10 to 8:30 trail miles. No strides today, since the hamstrings, glutes and calves were all sore!!

PM: weights again at lunch...but my right hamstring damn near cramped! Had CA work on it, in the PM.

Had a beer with Dusty McCourt, DPM, at Bier Stein. Fun.
