Feeling kinda sickish today. Achy and blah stomach. Kept it easy overall. Just keepin it fresh, shout out to corndogs. Corndog Friday was a smash hit! I need to go in a little this weekend so I came home after seminar and went for a run. It was chilly out today, coldest yet, and raining a little bit. Had to go long sleeve today. Just took it easy getting in the miles. I just wanted to run a little since that usually makes me feel better even when I am sick. Just did an easy loop down to Fort River and back up Main St. Finished up real well actually, wasnt too sore from yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Decent stretch and roll. ITs kinda tight. Feeling tired and burnt out from the cold probably, which has been spreading around UMass. Good opportunity to sleep it off and prep for the race, one week out!
