Tired and out of it today. Just trying to rest and get ready to race. It was pretty chilly out all day and had a odd schedule of stuff so I didnt risk heading out to run. A quick day off probably helps here in the taper week. Legs feeling good now, just want to catch up on sleep and it was tough today and the past few nights.
