Orchard Hill

Later afternoon run. Felt like I did get to catch up on some sleep last night and had a pretty chill day so I worked out well. Legs were heavy and tight today, but I still felt quick and strong for the most part. It was tough to keep going though at some points, IT and lower legs felt stiff. Ran up through town up to the path to Orchard Hill, then came down and came back on Lincoln and by the track. Nice little loop mixing up a few routes. Feel like I am always running in the same place (which I am). Not a whole lot of people out running today either, it was rather chilly.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll, working things out. Just feel awfully tight, probably from not running yesterday. Its important to keep things in motion. Less than one week out from the race, feeling very excited. Looking forward to the big crowds and the atmosphere as well as the racing. I also want that race swag too.
