Comments:
8x900 at towers w/ 2 minutes rest, pushing the hills and getting comfortable downhill. First workout in heat made it feel a little tough and rusty, but after that got into a comfortable groove. Tough but good, 2:59, 2:52, 2:54, 2:51, 2:53, 2:54, 2:55, 2:52, so right around 5k pace.
