Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tough workout. The idea was to run the odd intervals at 5k pace and the evens at 10k pace. (They said aim for the 10k pace ones to be 5 sec slower than the 5k pace; I think my 10k is much more than 10 seconds slower than my 5k pace, but ok.) So I went out aiming to get 3:30s and 3:35s. Clearly my sense of pacing has gotten bad, because I went out way too fast. But felt good that I managed to stay under pace for almost all of them (except the second 10k pace / 4th interval, which I totally tanked; not on purpose, though, I was intentionally trying to slow it down to 3:35, I just didn't realize how much I really slowed it down).
