Grind Mile + 4x200

Comments:
Quick, somewhat hurried AM workout with CA. We're easing our way back into things, and trying to max sleep, at the same time.

Jogged to South EUG and went straight into a grind mile. STride felt REALLY good, but I was intent on keeping the first half of the mile really easy. First half was like 3:20

Split: 6:18, AHR 157

Then 4x200. Both of us were really stiff, so we really eased into these:

Felt strong, really focusing on being forward and "looking down at my feet" beneath me!

"Quick jog" home.
