Last night my dog chewed up one of my green running shoes which I'm really irritated about. I'm hoping that I'll be able to fix it enough that I can still run in those shoes because they were relatively new (there's about 85 miles on them) and still really nice. I guess that's another reason it's good to own more than one pair of shoes.
I went to go do yoga with my dad from 7:30 to 8:30 after I came home from practice. We went to the yoga instructor's house because it was a private session. The instructor's name is Melisa and she lives right down the street from me. I'm glad I went. She's actually a really good runner, last week she casually ran a marathon in 3 hours and 19 minutes. She also gave me some tips for the meet this weekend because Van Cortlandt Park was her home course in high school and college so she's run it many times and knows what to do.
