Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Just a shake out in my flats. Working into them. Felt pretty good and familiar. Ran out to the town line on the bike path, threw in a few speed burst/striders here and there. Felt a little tight, Achilles was feeling tight probably from the shoes. Needed to get outside for something today. Had a headache and just felt sick and out of it most of the day. IDK how I felt soo much better running rather than sitting in my office. Feel like I have been just spinning my wheels in the mud at lab. Its not worth it. Got to sit down, regroup, and move forwards appropriately next week. Thats still always part of the learning process and it happens sometimes. Anyways just looking forward to the race.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roll, roll
Easy stretching when I got back. Achilles still feel tight, everything else a little sore. Heading down to Hartford tomorrow to pick up the race packet. Swag time. Speaking of swag shout out to CKells for hooking my up with a black uniform. Those things are by far the worst, still have no idea why Rubin got them, but we held them in high regard and they mean a lot. I never wore them since I always raced on the first day at UAAs. Time to put on fo my city now.
