Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
eh the back, oh well. This run was a little frustrating. The movement and form of running feels so natural and full of ease and grace. It comes and I do, but sometimes the doing hurts and brings me pain and I can no longer do what's natural and running is full of jerky steps, back grabs, slumping over, and dragging of feet. Then the grace and ease leaves you and you stop running and just hurt. BUT my back is much stronger and much healthier. The pain I feel now is much different then the pain I was feeling up till early last week. It's healthy pain and its kind of frustrating and scary, but that's what running logs are for, venting. S/o to Gracious Abigail Howell who helped 'support' my back during the warm up run despite elbow cramps. I ran this with Thea who is also coming back from back pains. Running was on the slower side and I stopped at Dorset for a few minutes to take my stretch break.
