Easing back in

Coming back from illnes me and coach decided to just do 2 miles of the tempo today to ease myself back into the swing of running. I felt great over the run. It just felt like floating. My heartrate was only like 120 when I was done. So I'll probably move back to doing full workouts Wednesday. Did 4 pick ups on the track aftward (slow 100, tempo 100, 5k 100, 800 pace 100) and it felt good to move sorta fast again.
