Weather: 7am cool
Comments:
6 hills. Felt great. Knee not hurting. Didn't go quite as hard as last time. Lady that lived on the street we parked on gave me an earful about not driving on her gravel when we turn around. I kept thinking about it on my last repeat and ran my slowest time -- you got to focus man! Other than that I love this workout (oh, well minus the putrid rotten mint smell, that I could do without).
