Comments:
More like recovery day. Slept around 11 hours, calves and quads felt like they got punched repeatedly. Just took a day to recover, didnt think I would be this sore from a half but it means I ran hard there at the end. It was a beautiful fall day though. Did get out of the house a little, walked down to Groff and flew a kite for a little bit which was actually really amusing. Noting feels tight or hurt, just really sore. Try to get back into the swing of things this week and that should help loosen up.
