Comments:
Terrible. Started from the lab instead of the park gate, but stopped at the park gate on the way back; feeling too crappy to finish the loop. Stopped 4 times during, twice for the usual tibialis issue and then two more times later from just general tiredness/laziness. Not sure why I felt so crappy, but lying around motionless in bed all day Saturday probably hadn't done my legs any favors.
