Comments:
Felt pretty good running back down the hills. Not so much going up. We started a new lifting routine, I liked lifting a heavier weight with short sets. The dips were the hardest for me, but I did them all without an assist. I did 155 on the squat, 25 in each hand for overhead press, 30 in each hand for lunges, and I don't know how much I lifted for the bench press because I can't remember how much the bar weighed.
