Comments:
Well, I'm back at it again. I can definately feel that week off, but it's not something that I'm worried about. I'm sure that after a few days I'll be feeling like I was a week or two ago.
I pushed it up the hill and for the last mile, so it wasn't that slow. All these runs without a watch is driving me crazy, so I'm buying one tonight.
