Cross Country Practice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Grass was a little wet since it rained the night before.

Comments:
Our coach had us do cemetaries. The first was supposed to be fast. The second slow and then fast again. I came late so I had no warm-up. Tom and I then did one slow lap to cooldown. After that Tom and I did one lap fast. Toward the end it was sort of like a race because we were going fast. So to recap, we did three intervals then a cooldown then one fast, it doesn't make sense but we did it.
