3 x 4:00 at 4k pace (hit 3:22, 3:21, 3:16 at at the lap marks, slightly over 800m for those) with 1-min rest in between. Then 2-min rest at the end.
3 x 2:00 at same pace, with 1-min rest in between and 2-min at the end.
1 x 10:00 at around 10-mile pace (hit 3:34 and then 7:07 for the first two laps), then 3-min rest
2 x 1:00 all-out, with a 1-min jog rest in between.
