Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Shin still feeling really sore, kinda hurt to walk around. Played it safe and went to the gym in the afternoon. Wanted to go in the morning, but the timing worked better. It was decent. Havnt biked in a while. It was boring, but I powered through it and felt like I really got spinning up good. Shin didnt hurt at all on the bike, but it was still sore walking to an from the gym and walking around. Lifted after biking.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Didnt dilly dally that much wanted to get back to lab and do some more work. Solid stretch though. Forgot all my shin strengthening exercises from that summer. I need to look those up. Actually the rec center was my main spot for rehab since I was here that summer. Cool, everything comes full circle. Shin feelin much better in the evening. Give it a few days to cool down though and start up strengthening.
