Friday Workout Cut Short

Well I ran to AU from the metro with my backpack (great fun) and got there just in time for the start of the workout. Then I had to leave after only 4 pickups to head to the airport. So it was cut very short. Anthony asked me to stay at the back of the Samosa pack so I did. It was nice to be doing a workout. I have good memories from spring season, but I feel like I never got to push myself at all. I would run the 400 much faster during spring season. I want to be able to push myself and have a hard run or workout before the race next Saturday just so the race on Saturday isn't the first time I'm pushing myself all season.
