Exercise Type: Weights

DB Fly (20 felt like a pretty good weight)

Triceps extension (12 thats a pretty good weight)

DB Shoulder press (40 curl bar. A little light)

Pushups (felt okay)

Pullups (did 3 the first set and only 1 the second gotta work on those)
Row (40 the first time 50 the second. Light should move up)
Biceps Curl (40 pretty good for now)
