Comments:
Mayor's Cup.
Not a great race. Paced myself well through the first two miles. First mile was about 5:00. Two mile split= 10:15 (hilly second mile). Started making a move after bear cage hill however at two miles I couldn't clear any lactate from my body. Ended up struggling through the next three miles. Time for a few days completely off of running. Need to physically and mentally recuperate.
