By myself, talked a bit with Kamron, Abby, and Tim who were sitting nearby, 15 min warmup(avg HR 124), 30 min hr 145-155(avg HR 148), 15 min cooldown(avg HR 135), seemed longer without the company, stretch, 30 Eagle, lift, iced my foot while I ate lunch
