Comments:
Did weights for 45 minutes and had a meeting. Then went out to run a 0.6 mile warm up. I went to get my spiked ankle wrapped up and then ran about 1.1 miles hard and stopped. Then ran just a little over the distance of the 5K course. About 3.2 miles. Final distance in all was about 5 miles.
