Comments:
Went for a 1 mile warm up and then a one mile light jog with the varsity boys and girls. Then moved on to varsity workout, four 1-mile repeats on course with minimal hills. First was All were around 5:55 average or so. Was first place for the first 3 miles and then got about 5th place on the last one. Ankle was feeling fine the whole workout. Final distance, about 6.1 miles.
