I wanted to run at least one more time before winter starts for real. Luckily, today was warm enough to fit that need. Felt really weird wearing shorts while Benny D and Chippy were swimming in clothes. But I think not being in running shape balanced out well enough with their struggles for the time I was with them. Foot felt weird, but not in the way that it has been, so I'll probably aim for the alternating x-train/run deal for the time being.
