Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Short day at work. Thought about an AM run, but we got to bed late, so I nixed that. Thankfully I got of work early, so I hustled home to get in a run.
I NEED to do these 4x200s every damn week, so I jogged easy from the apt, straight to SEHS. Did x4 20-step strides (50m), then got after it.
Felt strong but conservative, with HEAVY emphasis on being trunk forward-engaged AND keeping a lumbar arch. A couple distance runners running fast WAY too damn upright were good motivation to do this well.
Did x4, and they were ALL in the 33.x

Then, I hustled straight back. Nice day: cool but sunny, so I actually ran the 200s, shirtless.
PM: good travel day. EUG got rid of cheap tap beer! Instead of $4.50 pints, they sell bottles...for fucking $6.50! CA bought it, otherwise I would not have.
Quick flight to SFO, snack there, then two movies on the laptop between SFO and Orlando. Got the car and (after a dt Orlando dinner stop) drove to her parent's house. Got there at 0300 EDT...just as the ducks pulled out the OT win!
