Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Conte day, did get to sleep in a little but still felt burnt out. Didnt really want to be in but I wanted to get a few things started since I will be away next weekend. I also wanted to get in a run before it got too dark out. Big constraint these days. Just did a loop through the XC Course, down through campus and finish at the rec center. Right when I got onto the course, hit a hole awkwardly and rolled my left ankle. Its been a while, and this one hurt. Kinda ran it off but it still felt sore. Lately when I tweak it its fine. Just kept going but didnt feel like going that far so I made my way over to the gym sooner. Weather was nice. Still felt tired and burnt out on the run. This week was intense. Got a lot going on in lab and I really want to start pumping out some progress. Got to have that motivation and ambition. Felt good finishing up into the gym.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs
After lifting right when I got to the gym, came over and did a decent stretch. Legs feel great, but my ankle was still awfully sore and tight. Took it easy and got a little relaxation in. Gym wasnt too busy this afternoon. It was nice. Ran back to the car, mostly, but just walked the last bit.
