Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a pool visit with a patient, and some extra time, so I ran from there. Easy plus four strides at Amazon. then three one-mile laps, there.
HEAVY emphasis on truly sustainable grind tempo. Big focus on being forward, good footwork and pawback. Felt REALLY good, but again, not very fast:
19:14 (AHR 164) for 3 miles --> 6:25 pace! lols
Then an additional grind mile back to Tamarack (6:2x, 167 HR)
Felt good, but...you know, "slow"!
